Listen to Waterparks’ new single, ANY MINUTE NOW
Following RED GUITAR and IF LYRICS WERE CONFIDENTIAL, Waterparks have unveiled their third new single of the year…
Waterparks are bringing their Prowler Tour over to Europe and the UK next March for 14 not-to-be-missed shows…
They’re currently out on the road on the North American leg of The Prowler Tour, and now Waterparks have announced that they’re bringing it to Europe and the UK next year.
Following summer appearances at Reading & Leeds (and a super-special tiny London gig), the Texas trio will cross the pond once again in March 2026 for a 14-date run, which finishes up with a headline performance in the capital at the O2 Forum Kentish Town.
Of course, they’ll have some new music in the bag for us when they arrive, too, in the form of recent singles ANY MINUTE NOW, IF LYRICS WERE CONFIDENTIAL and RED GUITAR.
Recently speaking to Kerrang! about what they’ve been up to on that front, mastermind Awsten Knight explained that, “We’ve been recording out in Long Island, New York in what is basically a fun-house. Every album we’d done before was in Los Angeles, where I’d go home at the end of the day and return to my usual environment. But being out here for weeks at a time, away from everything familiar, puts me in a different headspace. The place we’re recording in now is insane. It’s full of random, themed rooms: there’s Barbie, G.I. Joe, Elvis and there’s even a Playboy-themed bathroom. There’s movie memorabilia everywhere – even a life-sized Predator. It’s wild and surreal, and downstairs there’s a full studio set-up. Being in such a bizarre, immersive space really shifts how I approach music.”
