Netflix Confirm Second Season Of The Umbrella Academy

It's been just over a month since actor Aidan Gallagher denied that Netflix had renewed The Umbrella Academy for a second season, but happily the show have now confirmed that season two is indeed on the way!

In a short 24-second clip on social media, Netflix simply posted a teaser stating that "SEASON 2 IS COMING", while Gerard Way re-posted the video with the additional comment: "So psyched."

Of course, this exciting announcement follows our frankly hilarious April Fool's joke yesterday that comic-book hero Gerard would be directing the new Star Wars film. Oh, if only…
