In pictures: The music and madness of Desertfest 2023
Desertfest – a three-day celebration of heaviness, fuzz, volume and weirdness – hit Camden once again last weekend. Here’s what we remember…
Brit psych-rockers Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats have dropped the title-track from their new album, and they’re taking a trip around the UK in November.
Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats have returned with a killer new single, Don't Let It Control You, with a suitably weird video to go with it. Filmed in Super 8 by old school filmmakers Tinnitus, it features all sorts of sleazy grindhouse strangeness while Brit psych-rockers play on.
It's the first cut from the band's upcoming seventh album. There's no release date yet, but you can fry your brain with the video right now.
The band have also announced that they'll be hitting the road with The Wytches in November.
