Foo Fighters cancel appearance at this weekend’s Soundside Music Festival
Jack White and Greta Van Fleet have joined this weekend’s Soundside event in place of Foo Fighters, who have cancelled last-minute.

The Foo Fighters have shown their support for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the upcoming 2020 U.S. election, appearing in a virtual benefit event this past Sunday night (October 25).
Frontman Dave Grohl and keyboardist Rami Jaffee joined the likes of P!nk, Cher, John Legend and loads more artists to back the Democrats, with all proceeds from the virtual I Will Vote gig benefitting the Biden Victory Fund – an initiative that aims to "ensure that we put Joe Biden in the best position possible to beat Donald Trump".

The musicians also appeared alongside Joe and Jill Biden, Kamala Harris and the likes of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Maren Morris, Armie Hammer, Helen Mirren and Amy Schumer throughout the almost two-and-a-half-hour event, which was hosted by George Lopez and Ana Navarro.
“Music has the power to change the world. So does voting,” tweeted Foo Fighters before their performance, which consisted of an absolutely stunning stripped back rendition of Times Like These.
