The People Vs. Myles Kennedy: Alter Bridge’s singer on challenging songs, ’80s movies, and playing a guitar solo next to Slash
Rock’n’roll gent Myles Kennedy takes on the questions asked by you…
Demi Lovato will be releasing rock versions of her biggest hits on upcoming record REVAMPED – and she’s teamed up with Slash for a new rendition of 2017’s Sorry Not Sorry…
Because doing a track with Ryan Gosling for the Barbie movie clearly wasn’t enough in one week, Slash also features on a new song with Demi Lovato.
As part of her more rocky era following 2022 album HOLY FVCK, Demi has recruited the Guns N’ Roses legend for a heavied-up version of 2017 single Sorry Not Sorry – and it’s a sign of things to come from just-announced album REVAMPED, which will feature rock versions of all of Demi’s hit songs.
“Slash is an iconic artist who I’ve been a fan of for years, it’s an absolute honour to have such a legend like him on the rock version of Sorry Not Sorry,” Demi enthuses.
“With REVAMPED, I wanted to pay homage to the songs that resonated the most with fans and played a big role in my career by breathing an exciting new life into them. Creating this project has been incredibly fun and allowed me to express my passion for rock music in a new way, and I feel so much closer to my older music because of it. I can’t wait for everyone to hear more!”
REVAMPED is due out on September 15 – watch the trailer below:
