Courtney Love has listed three of her "life's great shames" and thrown 2004 solo album America’s Sweetheart into the pile.
The Hole singer hasn't been shy of her disappointment about the debut LP (at this time her only solo effort) in the past, previously stating in 2006 that the sound "sucked beyond words". In 2010, meanwhile, she blamed drug issues on it being a "really crap record". And now, even 17 years after its release, Courtney ponders, "Maybe one day I won't hate that record."
Taking to Instagram to share a photo of a car in Australia with America's Sweetheart-inspired artwork, she says that "it has some good songs", but "like Steve Coogan, or crack, it’s one of my life’s great shames".
