When We Were Young Fest is on hiatus for 2026

Billie Joe Armstrong's new band, The Longshot, unveiled the rest of their members for the first time at their debut show in Oakland, California.
The group performed a 15-song set at 1-2-3-4 Go! Records in their hometown on Friday night, revealing their identities and yet more new music.
Joining Billie Joe in the group are: fellow Green Day musician Jeff Matika on bass and vocals, David S. Field on drums, and Kevin Preston on guitar.
