Formerly New Years Rev, the name of Green Day’s coming-of-age comedy has changed to Nimrods, and it’s been acquired by Inaugural Entertainment.

Billie Joe Armstrong Stars In His First Major Film Role
Look out, Hollywood!
Billie Joe Armstrong is starring in his first major film role, Ordinary World.
As well as playing the lead role, the frontman also wrote four original songs for the movie – including Ordinary World, which features on Green Day’s upcoming Revolution Radio album.
Billie Joe joins an all-star cast (Selma Blair, Judy Greer, Fred Armisen) for the film, which will be out on DVD and Digital Download on October 17 – pre-order it now at this link.
