Avenged Sevenfold will be joined by Palaye Royale and more at various dates on their Euro summer headline run…
Avenged Sevenfold have revealed the support acts for their forthcoming European summer headline tour.
The Huntington Beach heroes will be bringing along Palaye Royale, Ignite and Shavo Odadjian’s new band Seven Hours After Violet at various dates on the July run, which kicks off in Turkey and wraps up in Sweden.
Posting the news on social media, A7X say: “We look forward to having Palaye Royale, Ignite, and Seven Hours After Violet join us at our headline shows in Europe. See you in June!” Palaye then commented on Instagram, “Thank you for having us! See you in Istanbul, Athens, Milan, Budapest, Berlin and Wroclaw!”
Of course, on this tour the band will continue to promote their brilliantly wild 2023 album Life Is But A Dream… A few months back, frontman M. Shadows said that they needed to “live a little bit of life” before thinking about writing a potential follow-up.
“We’ve got these really interesting European markets that we’re doing in the summer. Just doing different things,” he said. “So I don’t know… I think we’ll probably just spend some time with our families, and there’s always that creative itch, and jotting down ideas – whether it’s on your iPhone or whether it’s into Pro Tools, and just having this sort of bag that Santa’s got over his shoulder, and maybe dig through the presents at some point and see if there’s anything that’s like, ‘Oh! Let’s get into it!’ But right now I think it’s just in accumulation mode.”
