Avenged Sevenfold’s Zacky Vengeance has released his debut solo song

Avenged Sevenfold’s Zacky Vengeance has unveiled his debut solo single, Dark Horse.

Released under his real name Zachary Baker, the guitarist’s first track has a dark country vibe, as he croons about the ‘wind whispering her songs of the ghosts before our time’, and how ‘when the lights go down on this one horse town, time to settle up the score’.

“This is for the ones who never give up no matter what your story is,” Zacky writes on social media, while a post from A7X about the song reads: “For those who stay fearless.”

Zacky will be back on the road with Avenged next summer, with the band announcing a mega co-headline tour with Good Charlotte. The run kicks off on July 25, and wraps up just over a month later on August 27.
