Avenged Sevenfold unveil their annual Misfits cover for Halloween

Avenged Sevenfold’s Halloween tradition continues, with the band unveiling a new cover of Misfits’ Some Kinda Hate.

Over the past few years, members of A7X have come together to tackle various tracks by the horror punk titans – from last year’s double-whammy of Skulls and Halloween, to Astro Zombies in 2023 and Hybrid Moments a couple of years before that.

Now, led by guitarist Zacky Vengeance on vocals, they’ve done a cover of Some Kinda Hate, which is taken from Misfits’ 1985 compilation album Legacy Of Brutality. “In keeping with the spirit of the season, this year’s offering of Some Kinda Hate is available to all,” say Avenged. “Enjoy?”
