Watch the new trailer for Metallica’s M72 World Tour cinema event

We’ve already told you just how amazing Metallica’s M72 shows are, but if you haven’t been able to head along and see for yourself just yet, then the band’s upcoming cinema event should do the trick.

Metallica: M72 World Tour Live – which will consist of both live performances from the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas – is set to hit the big screen for two nights (with two different setlists, obvs, and over 30 songs) on August 19 and 21 in the UK, and tickets are on sale now.

“Since Metallica is touring in very limited markets this year, we are so happy that we can extend that tour into cinemas across the globe,” says Kymberli Frueh, SVP Programming and Content Acquisitions, Trafalgar Releasing. “The cinemas create a virtual tour stop for fans in thousands of locations where Metallica isn’t touring this year. What better way to create a VIP experience with every seat in the cinema feeling as if you are in the front row of the concert.”
