Mimi Barks has released another new video from last year's acclaimed THIS IS DOOM TRAP album, this time for the dark, brooding MIRTAZAPINE.

Named after a particularly strong antidepressant which has the common side-effect of vivid and disturbing nightmares, the song is a dark look inwards. In the video, the German doom-trap queen is seen floating in a forest like a spirit, having been involved in an accident, watching herself from above as her body lies on a bed, and becoming increasingly distressed. It's also part one of a story set to continue with Part II, FINAL DESTINATION.

Check it out below.

Talking about the track, Mimi says,"A fever dream slipping into consciousness, painted in shades of red. A desperate longing to awaken from this nightmare we mistake for reality. Mirtazapine hollows me out, leaving me as empty as a shell abandoned on the shore. Let the ocean’s waves pull me back into the depths of darkness and the unknown.
I choose pain over the void of oblivion."
