On October 13, Cave In celebrated the life of their late bassist Caleb Scofield with a sold out show at the Los Angeles Wiltern.
The show was to raise funds for the Caleb Scofield Memorial Fund, set up to assist his wife and two children. The evening featured a one-off set from label mates Isis (playing as Celestial), Pelican, Old Man Gloom and 27.
Cave In rounded off the night with a headline set which featured Caleb's brother Kyle play bass on opener Youth Overrided, The Calypso, a cover of Neil Young's Harvest Moon, Heartbreaks, Earthquakes and Tension in the Ranks. Converge bassist Nate Newton played bass for the remainder of the 13-song set.
