Sick Joy haven't been seen about much recently. Their last gig was back in January. But they haven't been lazy. The Brighton rockers have been holed up in Spain, recording the follow up to 2022's WE'RE ALL GONNA FUCKING DIE with Queens Of The Stone Age and Chris Cornell producer Alain Johannes.

Now they're breaking their silence with a whole bunch of news all at once. First, their second album, More Forever, is set for release on January 30, 2026. Second, they're taking it on tour straight away.

Third, if waiting another six months is beyond your patience, you can hear the first cut from it right now, the killer, riffy new single All Damage. Explaining the song and its spiky, grungy chorus, mainman Mykl Barton explains that it's about the pitch and yaw between understanding the need to stay away from bad things, but still feeling temptation.

“[It's about] Becoming aware of negative processes that were once subconscious, but still allowing them to rule," he says. "The persistent search for some chemical absolution for allowing the darkest parts of yourself to take the reins. Seeing the deep roots of these damaging, unsustainable coping mechanisms, but also still feeling a yearn towards them. The eternally aching dichotomy that’s been a constant my entire life.”

Catch the band live just as the album hits early next year...
