The Used’s Bert McCracken launches pop solo project, robbietheused
The Used frontman Bert McCracken has unveiled new single, Just A Little Bit, to kick off his robbietheused solo project – listen now.
The Used frontman Bert McCracken will be releasing his debut solo album as robbietheused later this month…
The Used frontman Bert McCracken has announced his debut solo record.
Under the banner of his recently-launched robbietheused project, Bert’s solo LP is due out on October 25 via Big Noise Records, with the singer previously teasing of this foray into pop: “I’ve always tried to push for the poppy stuff for The Used records. And the band really likes to keep it heavy. So this is my way of getting all those pop songs that maybe wouldn’t make a Used record out into the world.”
As part of this album announcement, Bert says today, “Any feeling is valid – and to be able to put it to song is incredible. And there’s so much room in this world for positivity. I want this music to show that there’s room for love. There’s room for growth. There’s room for redemption. There’s so many good people – and so many good things happening.”
