NOTHING have just announced their new, fifth album, a short history of decay.

The follow-up to 2020’s The Great Dismal, the record will drop on February 27, 2026 via Run For Cover, with frontman Domenic ‘Nicky’ Palermo revealing that, “I’m writing about things that I’ve never really talked about before. Things I’ve always been scared to write about.” A press release states that those subjects include ‘ageing, illness and the weight of memory’, with the singer coming to terms with everything he’s put himself through across the past decade-plus in music.

Teasing what’s to come, NOTHING – completed by guitarists Doyle Martin and Cam Smith, bassist Bobb Bruno and drummer Zachary Jones – have dropped new single cannibal world, which you can hear below:
