My Chem have sold out their 2025 Black Parade stadium tour, with 365,000 tickets snapped up
My Chemical Romance’s epic stadium run next year – which will take the band across North America for 11 huge dates – has sold out within hours…
A recent tweet by My Chemical Romance seems to suggest that the band are coming to the UK.
Only two weeks after the massive LA reunion show that marked their first live performance since 2012, My Chemical Romance are teasing a pretty massive announcement: what appears to be a UK show.
The band posted the following to their official Twitter, with just the Union Jack emoji for a caption:
Please let it be so.
This is of course not the only reunion show that My Chemical Romance have announced -- the band has also revealed that they'll be headlining Download Japan in March (and, as of recently, playing a one-off headlining date in Osaka) as well as playing Download Australia and a one-off show in New Zealand. This, however, is the first anyone has heard about a UK show. Whether it also signals further live performances around the world remains to be seen.

It'd be unsurprising that the band would schedule even more shows, if only because of the outpouring of love from fans that they've seen surrounding their comeback gig. Speaking to Kerrang!, one MCR fan said, “They create a space that’s really inclusive. They’ve always advocated for our community, since the early 2000s, when it wasn’t as common to do so. They make their fans feel like they can be their true authentic selves.”
In case this does signal a UK show, here's the setlist from the band's reunion gig, to give one an idea of what they might hear during a 2020 My Chemical Romance set:
