Muse are set to return tomorrow (Friday, June 20) with a brand-new single, Unravelling.
The rock titans – Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dom Howard – gave their soon-to-be-released comeback effort its live debut in Finland only last week, and have since shared an official snippet of the studio version too (in which you can hear the chorus lyrics, ‘Feeling the glow / Die inside of our bones / This is a hymn for our love / With no god / And no throne’).
It'll be their first new material since 2022’s Will Of The People album – which, in our 4/5 review, we said that, ‘Nine records in it is inevitable that anything they do will have a particular sheen, but creatively, in performance, and in energy they continue to operate on a plane all of their own. And in a world of uncertainty, that’s a very welcome thing.’
Check out the Unravelling teasers below, and watch this space in case we get any news of album number 10…
