Muse just launched their new album The WOW! Signal from space
Never ones to do things by halves, Muse have kicked off the cycle for their 10th album The WOW! Signal by premiering new single/video Be With You from actual, real-life space…
Fresh from yesterday’s out-of-this-world stunt to launch 10th album The WOW! Signal, Muse will be heading to Brixton in just two weeks’ time.
Muse have just revealed details of a surprise, intimate London show.
The trio will hit the capital’s 5,000-capacity O2 Academy Brixton on April 3 – their first show since September 2025 – for a gig they’re describing as a ‘live transmission’. This space-y talk is because they announced their new, 10th studio album The WOW! Signal via a tablet that was sent some 33km up in the air yesterday (March 19), as well as premiering brand-new single Be With You.
Per a press release, the record takes its name from “one of the most compelling interstellar mysteries of the last century: a powerful 72-second radio burst detected in 1977 originating from the constellation Sagittarius with a bandwidth and intensity that suggested a possible extraterrestrial source. The astronomer who discovered the anomaly famously circled the now-iconic sequence 6EQUJ5 and wrote ‘WOW!’ on the printout beside it – giving the signal its name and cementing its place in scientific and pop-culture lore.”
Pre-order The WOW! Signal from Muse’s official store before 11:59am GMT on Tuesday, March 24 to get first access to Brixton tickets.
