Mimi Barks returns with Dreamstate Of Hell

Mimi Barks has unleashed a brand-new single and video, Dreamstate Of Hell.

After recently pushing back her UK headline tour to accommodate the release of new material, Mimi’s first comeback effort is here and it’s about the fact that, “Sometimes it feels like the world is slipping into a dreamstate of hell and most people do not even realise they are asleep inside it.

“Everywhere I look, I see noise, decay, violence, distraction and now war becoming part of the daily landscape again. But to me heaven and hell are not places waiting for us when we die, they’re states of consciousness we create every day while we are here in the flesh.

“The real question is what you choose to feed: the poison or the light. Dreamstate Of Hell was the first song I wrote after moving to Los Angeles, and it became the starting point for everything that followed.”
