mgk and Fred Durst have joined forces for a classic-sounding nu-metal banger, FIX UR FACE.
The genre-spanning musician and Limp Bizkit vocalist team up for a track that hears both artists doing what they do best: from Freddy D announcing that it’s ‘time to turn this motherfucker up’ in the intro, to mgk delivering a mixture of rap and rock, and confidently asserting that, ‘Rock’s not dead long as I’m alive…’
Debuting FIX UR FACE live onstage at Perth’s RAC Arena on April 8, mgk told fans, “I called up my friend Fred Durst. I said, ‘Sir, drop something on this.’ What he dropped, the rest is history.”
