Album review: Lorna Shore – I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me
“Like latter-day Parkway Drive if someone peeled off all their skin”: Lorna Shore plot a course to the top of the metal mountain with ferocious fifth album.
Listen to Lorna Shore’s new instrumental-only version of their incredible fourth album Pain Remains.
Following the immense success of last year’s 4/5-rated album Pain Remains, Lorna Shore are celebrating the anniversary of the record with a new instrumental-only edition.
Released in order to give fans the chance to hear it in a ‘whole new way’, the album is out now and also arrives ahead of the band’s UK tour starting later this month.
Speaking to Kerrang! in 2022 about their breakthrough following the release of Pain Remains last October, Adam De Micco enthused, “After 10 years, something’s happening. We roll with the punches a lot, and a lot of people probably would have given up, but I just can’t. Seeing the people that turn out for us, every day I think, ‘Okay, there’s a reason why this is happening.’”
Listen to Pain Remains (Instrumental) now.
Catch the band at the following UK dates soon:
November
28 Birmingham O2 Academy
29 Leeds O2 Academy
30 London O2 Forum Kentish Town
