“Mates fest”: You Me At Six reveal huge list of supports for their final UK/Ireland tour
At next year’s The Final Nights Of Six, You Me At Six will be joined by The Blackout, Boston Manor, Holding Absence, Kid Kapichi and so many more…
With just over a month to go now until new album The Noble Art Of Self Destruction, Holding Absence have dropped a huge new single, Scissors.
Following June’s beautiful Honey Moon, today Holding Absence have given fans another – altogether different – taste of their upcoming album The Noble Art Of Self Destruction.
Ahead of the record’s release on August 25, the Welsh wonders have shared newbie Scissors, which is a powerful “love letter” to their favourite heavy genre.
“Today, we are excited to reveal the latest song from our new album TNAOSD, Scissors,” announces frontman Lucas Woodland. “This song is a love letter to our favourite genre, post-hardcore – it’s heavy, catchy and emotional.
“We can’t wait for you guys to hear this one, as we step ever-closer to releasing the whole album next month.”
First, before you stream the whole thing, watch Lucas’ incredible vocal performance of the song from the studio:

The Noble Art Of Self Destruction is due out on August 25 via SharpTone.
