"It's how I deal with things," says the Korn vocalist.
Korn frontman Jonathan Davis says that getting back onstage following the death of his estranged wife Deven is a form of therapy.
He returned to the stage almost three weeks after her passing in August, with a date at San Francisco’s Nob Hill Masonic Auditorium on September 12. During the set, he broke down during the song 4U, telling the crowd, "This is my wife's favourite song. I'm sorry."
In a recent interview with Two Doods Reviews, he said: “It's how I deal with things that go on in my life. Out here is my therapy – playing for people is my therapy.”
