Celebrating Iron Maiden’s formation as well as West Ham’s 1975 FA Cup win, check out the latest collab with Steve Harris’ beloved club…
Iron Maiden have joined forces with Steve Harris’ beloved West Ham for a special new double anniversary football shirt.
This 1975 celebration honours the formation of the heavy metal kings, as well as the Hammers’ win in the FA Cup that year, and features the Maiden logo across the front along with the cup final badge and classic claret and blue piping.
“I wasn’t at the game but what great memories,” says Steve, looking back to their victory. “Two goals from Alan Taylor and we won it! Frank Lampard and Pat Holland were in the team who used to coach me as a junior as well! Come On You Irons!”
Steve actually debuted this shirt over the summer, during Maiden’s mind-blowing headline show at West Ham’s London Stadium.
“The day really was something special and I didn’t really take it all in until much later,” he admits. “We’d been wearing that shirt in all our football matches this season across Europe including the game at West Ham United’s amazing, redeveloped community hub The Foundry, so it just felt like the right thing to do. There were so many of our previous football shirts in the crowd – I hope fans grab this one too to remind them of that day.”
It’s available now both online and in-person at West Ham United’s store.
Catch Iron Maiden live next year as they take over Knebworth on July 11, 2026.
