While they were there, Dave, guitarist Pat Smear and keyboardist Rami Jaffee also took part in an interview for the station, reflecting on 25 years as a band, discussing Medicine At Midnight, and revealing what they've been up to during the pandemic (spoiler: Dave's cooked a lot of lasagne).
Speaking to Kerrang! last year about Foos' lack of live shows in lockdown, Dave reflected of the moment the guys got back in a room together to play again: "To actually strap on the instruments and start playing these songs that we recorded a year ago just felt so fucking good. It almost seems like being a band again (laughs). There’s just no-one to play to at the moment… It was fulfilling in that we still can play, you know? Even if it’s to an empty room, it’s pretty good."
