Here’s when the next Download Festival announcement is coming

Over the weekend, Download confirmed when their next 2026 announcement is coming.

It’s been a few months now since the festival’s first major line-up reveal – featuring headliners Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses and Linkin Park, plus the likes of Bad Omens, Cypress Hill, Trivium, Halestorm, Pendulum, Electric Callboy, BABYMETAL and more – and fans have only got a week to wait until the next wave.

Appropriately, on Valentine’s Day, Download’s social media channels posted a heart graphic with the words ‘Save the day’ and the date of February 23. “With love from Team Download x” reads the caption. Now it’s time to start getting excited about what this may entail. Even more bands? Day and stage splits? Watch this space…

Download takes place at Donington Park from June 10-14. Tickets are on sale now.
