Here’s when the first Download Festival 2026 line-up announcement is happening
The countdown is on… Download Festival will be making their first big line-up announcement in exactly one month’s time.

Following September’s announcement about an announcement… about an announcement, Download Festival have just given fans an exciting new update.
Their first major line-up reveal for the 2026 fest – which also goes by the name DLXXIII – will arrive in exactly one month’s time, on Monday, November 3.
It was confirmed via their Download Family newsletter, with festival-goers receiving an email reading: “Breaking news, one month to go,” along with the confirmation, “Your DLXXIII line-up will be served Monday 3rd November.”
After this year’s event, posting the official aftermovie, Download said, “This is for you, the Downloaders. You were magnificent. You are the heart and soul of the festival. Thank you for bringing the love, the energy and the joy to Donington for five days of incredible music and countless iconic moments, shared with the best community on the planet.
“Sit back, relax, and enjoy. We can’t wait to see you next year.”
Download Festival takes place from June 10 – 14, 2026.
