Disturbed announce North American The Sickness 25th anniversary tour
Disturbed are celebrating The Sickness across North America next year, and there’s going to be dates in Europe and the UK getting announced, too.
"The new album includes many styles of music…"
It's only been two weeks since Disturbed confirmed they'd finished recording their new album, but it looks like we could be hearing new music already.
The band have posted an image on their social media with the date August 16 (which is this Thursday!), suggesting material is on the way very soon…
After announcing that their seventh full-length was complete, Disturbed invited fans to vote on if they wanted to hear a 'heavy' or 'ballad' single first. At the time of Kerrang! posting this article, some 80,000 people have voted – with 83% of the voters selecting 'heavy'. Looks like that's what we'll be hearing on Thursday, then…
"The new record is done! The new album includes many styles of music. Since our last album and the recent footage from the studio, we’ve seen a lot of discussion about the evolution of our new music. Disturbed Ones, we have decided to embrace the debate. For our next single – what kind of sound do you want it to be?” The question is followed by a poll which allows fans to choose 'heavy' or 'ballad'," the band posted.
While we patiently wait for Thursday, watch the band's studio updates:
