Listen to Converge’s new single, Doom In Bloom

Converge have dropped a brand-new single and video, Doom In Bloom.

Ahead of the release of upcoming album Hum Of Hurt on June 5 – their surprise second LP of the year, following February’s stunning Love Is Not Enough – the Salem stars are previewing what’s to come with a song that is “dark and pointed right at you,” according to frontman Jacob Bannon.

“Lyrically, I’m exploring how my own middle-aged introspection doesn’t always bring a brighter light. I see my own trappings reflected in those around me. Here I am imploring them to slip the noose to see another day.”
