Children Of Bodom Release Beer Brewed With Water From Lake Bodom
Children Of Bodom have launched Lake Bodom Pre-Prohibition Lager

Following the trend of metal beers, recently pounced on by Metallica, Finnish metallers Children Of Bodom have launched their own tipple dubbed Lake Bodom Pre-Prohibition Lager.
Bodom are releasing the beer in association with Fat Lizard Brewing Co., who are based in the band's hometown of Espoo, Finland. A promotional video for the lager was posted on YouTube, describing Lake Bodom Pre-Prohibition Lager as "a modern take on a classic with a dark twist.
"Roasted malts and the noble Tettnanger hop make this the perfect beer for socialising, dinner, head banging or lakeside camping," it continues. "Water used from the Lake Bodom puts this over the top and makes it so good you can bury a few in one go, so beware!"
Children Of Bodom took their name from the 1960 Lake Bodom murders, where three teenagers were killed in their tent while camping by the lake. The murder is still unsolved.
The beer will go on sale in Finland on February 1, but a limited batch will be made available on the band's webstore later in the month.
