Bodom After Midnight's Paint The Sky With Blood EP – containing Alexi Laiho's final recordings – will arrive in full in April.

Bodom After Midnight have shared the title-track from their upcoming Paint The Sky With Blood EP.
The three-track effort was announced after the tragic passing of Alexi Laiho, and will contain the guitar legend's final recordings – the first of which, Paint The Sky With Blood, is out now (the full EP arrives on April 23 via Napalm).
"Like ourselves, Alexi was beyond stoked about these songs and anxious to get these out so we are happy that we can fulfil his wish," the band – guitarist Daniel Freyberg, bassist Mitja Toivonen, drummer Waltteri Väyrynen and live keyboardist Vili Itäpelto – say in a statement.

"Needless to say that we are honoured and proud to be a part of his very last creative work and unleash it the way he wanted it to. It’s time to let the beast out of the cage one more time as a celebration of Alexi’s music, legacy and the man himself."
