Casey’s Tom Weaver needs open-heart surgery; band cancel all live shows from July onwards
Casey frontman Tom Weaver has shared the news that he’s awaiting open-heart surgery, with the band therefore cancelling all live dates from July 1.
Casey are hitting the road for a UK and European tour in 2024, “to celebrate our upcoming album”…
After releasing a new single in September to tease their third album, Casey have now announced a 2024 UK and European tour in anticipation of their next record.
“We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be returning to mainland Europe, along with some shows in the UK, to celebrate our upcoming album,” say the band. “You’ll hear more about that very soon!
“Thank you for your patience; we’re aware it’s been a long time since our last headline shows in January, and we’re excited to be able to play some additional cities this time out. Along with our headline shows, we’re thrilled to be joining the Impericon Festivals this year.
“We can’t wait to celebrate the upcoming album with you at these shows!”
The tour will kick off at London’s O2 Academy Islington on March 26, and wrap up at the Glasgow Garage on April 14. Dates below, and get your tickets here.
