Iron Maiden confirm their final live dates “until at least 2028”
Iron Maiden’s epic Run For Your Lives World Tour will wrap up in Japan this November, before the band take all of 2027 off from touring.
Norway’s Tons Of Rock has revealed its first wave of bands for next year, with Bring Me The Horizon, Iron Maiden and Limp Bizkit topping the bill.
Bring Me The Horizon, Iron Maiden and Limp Bizkit are set to headline next year’s Tons Of Rock.
The Oslo, Norway fest – which takes place from June 24 – 27, 2026 – has made its ‘biggest artist announcement ever’, according to a press release, with the likes of Alice Cooper, the returning Twisted Sister, Mayhem, Anthrax, Kublai Khan TX, Die Spitz, Queensrÿche, Blood Incantation and more also on the bill.
“When Bruce Dickinson once again shouts ‘Scream for me Oslo!’, we know Tons audiences will experience one of the greatest moments in the festival’s history,” enthuses festival director Jarle Kvåle of the heavy metal greats, who will be bringing their Run For Your Lives show to Norway.
Meanwhile, we of course very recently saw Bring Me and Bizkit together at Reading & Leeds. In our review of the former we called their set the ‘ultimate affirmation of their power’, while Fred Durst and co. were described as an ‘absolute knockout’. Basically, then, all three Tons Of Rock headliners are in the form of their lives at the moment…
