Angel Du$t announce new album, Brand New Soul

Following the release of the double-whammy of Very Aggressive and Love Slam in May, Angel Du$t have unleashed another new tune and announced details of their upcoming album Brand New Soul.

The record – the follow-up to Yak: A Collection Of Truck Songs, released in 2021 – is due out on September 8 via Pop Wig, and as well as the aforementioned two previously-released singles, it’ll also feature new banger Space Jam.

A couple of months back, mainman Justice Tripp explained how he felt like the band were now “off the leash”, having produced all of Angel Du$t’s new material himself and attempted to capture many different vibes.

“This was the first time I’ve ever produced our music myself,” he said. “I think what’s important about that is the freedom to try anything you have in mind. Rock’n’roll is such a broad spectrum of music but I think sometimes people will focus in on just one thing. I wanted to try and represent a lot of different angles – all of the things Angel Du$t has been so far. It feels like we’re just totally off the leash.”
