Watch members of the North West Ambulance Service cover the Foos
Members of the North West Ambulance Service in the UK have been exercising their musical muscles in the name of charity.
Echoing Dave Grohl's star-studded performance for Comic Relief and Children In Need earlier this year, the brave men and women of the NHS have covered Foo Fighters' Times Like These to raise money for charity.
"Thanks for listening. This was a fun project for some of the staff working for the North West Ambulance Service. It was something positive to focus on during the recent tough times," reads a statement on their JustGiving page.
"All the money raised is going straight to the North West Ambulance Service Charity, which is there not only to support its staff but also communities all across the North West of England.
"'The North West Ambulance Service charity are fundraising to support the staff and communities of the North West Ambulance Service who do so much for us. They are there for us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The charity provides lifesaving equipment, education programmes, community first responders and mental health & well-being programmes for the amazing staff outside of NHS funding and supports services to help YOU, YOUR family and YOUR community in the North West.They are there for us - time for us to step up for them and care for the carers."
