Witch Fever have dropped a deliciously heavy new single, Blessed Be Thy, with an accompanying Scuzz-style video…
One of the 10 acts listed in Kerrang!'s Sounds Of 2022 new artists preview, Witch Fever have shared their first new single of the year: Blessed Be Thy.
The Manchester quartet's new effort is an excellent headbanger and comes accompanied by a video that'd sit perfectly on ’00s era Scuzz TV. Simply, bassist Alex Thompson says of the whole thing that, "It just goes heavy" – and you really can't argue with that.
Blessed Be Thy is the band's first new material since last year's Reincarnate EP, which we called in our 4/5 review "a powerful, fierce debut oozing with potential, with as many mighty riffs and snarling feminist putdowns as any rock fan could possibly want". We added: "Witch Fever are a band that you’re not going to want to take your eyes off."
