Ever seen a guy dressed as Clown and Corey Taylor cover Slipknot on a cello? Well you have now!
People sure love covering Slipknot, don't they? Earlier this week 14-year-old drummer Maren Alford performed Unsainted and two months ago we saw this guy 'play' Psychosocial using guns, hell even Trivium's Matt Heafy covered Solway Firth just over 24 hours after its release.
But it's not often we see a cellist try to tackle the 18-legged killing machine, let alone one who enjoys dressing up as different Slipknot members.
YouTuber sugar cello has covered Slipknot's 2014 hit The Devil In I, reimagining it as a piece of melancholy classical, and he has absolutely smashed it. sugar cello even wears Corey and Clown masks while playing, although they're from the wrong era of Slipknot so he loses a few metal points there.

"This project was created with love and was driven by passion," he says in the video's description. "One of the challenges I encountered in the making was to insufflate a more orchestral feel to Slipknot's material.
"All content was approached with care and respect for Slipknot's music, and Slipknot's international family.
"No profit intention is involved. The only purpose for this work resides in reaching out, communicating and sharing creativity. I am grateful and excited to be able to share it with you all!"
Slipknot are currently touring the world in support of their latest album We Are Not Your Kind.
Clown recently announced that they would be releasing the eleven tracks recorded during the All Hope Is Gone sessions at some point during this album cycle. Corey Taylor went on to reveal that the album is called Look Outside Your Window and it has “much more of a Radiohead vibe.”
“I mean, there’s no real way to describe it. It’s experimental, but it’s super vibey, super melodic. It’s really good. It’s hard to explain,” said the vocalist.
“There’s something about those songs… They’re very solemn, very energetic, very artistic. For people who are used to a certain way of Slipknot sounding, this doesn’t sound anything like that.”
