In the latest instalment of The K! Pit, we invited California alt-punks SWMRS to play a special, intimate set to 50 of their biggest fans. Taking place at Blondies in London, the five-song set included a very special cover of My Boy by new pop sensation Billie Eilish.
Taking the song from Billie's Don't Smile At Me EP, SWMRS injected a healthy dose of surfer punk rock into the Los Angeles electropop.
Slotted between the band's own tracks Too Much Coffee and April In Houston, the five-piece reinvent Billie Eilish in a way to suit Kerrang!'s favourite dive bar, and keep the punk-rock party moving.
SWMRS' new album Berkeley's On Fire is out now on Fuelled By Ramen.
They're playing Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK on August 23-25, 2019. Get your tickets for Reading festival or your tickets for Leeds festival.
