Foo Fighters cancel appearance at this weekend’s Soundside Music Festival
Jack White and Greta Van Fleet have joined this weekend’s Soundside event in place of Foo Fighters, who have cancelled last-minute.
See the wholesome moment Hayley Williams joined Foo Fighters onstage at Bonnaroo to sing My Hero.
Update: Paramore have just shared their own official video of the performance:
Original story: At the final night of this year’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Tennessee (June 18), headliners Foo Fighters closed out the event with a very special guest appearance.
With Paramore playing right before them, Dave Grohl and co. invited Hayley Williams back onstage 12 songs into their incredible 19-song setlist, giving the vocalist the microphone for an epic sing-along to My Hero.
Elsewhere, Foos performed material from their incredible recent album But Here We Are, as well as the usual classics like Learn To Fly and Everlong, and Aurora dedicated to the late Taylor Hawkins (according to setlist.fm).
