Clancy could deliver twenty one pilots their first-ever UK Number One, while elsewhere Bring Me The Horizon’s POST HUMAN: NeX Gen is also in the Top 10.

The Official Charts have unveiled the UK’s current midweek standings, with twenty one pilots leading the way to the top… for the first time ever in their career!

Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun’s incredible latest album Clancy is fighting off competition from Paul Weller and his 17th solo LP 66 – the two records are currently at Number One and Number Two respectively.

Given twenty one pilots’ well-deserved success over the years it’s hard to believe they haven’t hit Number One before, with 2018’s Trench coming closest at Number Two, and 2021’s Scaled And Icy at Number Three (shockingly 2015’s world-dominating Blurryface only got to Number Five).

Elsewhere Bring Me The Horizon’s POST HUMAN: NeX Gen is clearly doing well, too, currently sitting at Number Five following its surprise release last Friday.

Fingers crossed for both bands!
