Tool, Weezer, Machine Head and more for Good Things Festival 2025
Australia’s Good Things Festival has revealed its line-up for December, featuring everyone from Tool to Weezer to Knocked Loose to Tonight Alive…
It looks like Tool's new record – the follow-up to 2006's 10,000 Days – is in its final stages…
It looks as though Tool are mastering their new album with producer/engineer Joe Barresi, and mastering engineer Bob Ludwig (who worked on 2006's 10,000 Days).
On March 7, the band posted a new photo of guitarist Adam Jones, bassist Justin Chancellor and drummer Danny Carey, with both Joe Barresi and Bob Ludwig, seemingly letting fans know that the highly-anticipated record is in its final stages… at least, we hope.
Frontman Maynard James Keenan recently stated that the release will be out "somewhere between mid-May and mid-July", so it looks like the band are on track…
In which case, could the new record be arriving ahead of Tool's headline set on the Sunday of Download Festival in June? Very possibly.
