Avenged Sevenfold reveal first Australia/New Zealand shows in 12 years
Avenged Sevenfold will be going down under for the first time in over a decade, and they’ll be joined by Coheed And Cambria and Thornhill.
With just under one month to go until their third album BODIES, Thornhill have unleashed new single TONGUES.
Thornhill have unleashed another new single, TONGUES.
The track is taken from the Aussie metallers’ forthcoming album BODIES, which is due out on April 4 via UNFD. Following Silver Swarm, which arrived in January, Thornhill say of their newest rager that, “TONGUES explores the tension of being pulled between opposing forces – desire and resistance, surrender and defiance. In many ways, it reflects our own relationship with heavy music, the push and pull between being consumed by it or resisting its grip.
“The song’s atmosphere feels like an ongoing battle, shifting between aggression and restraint. Lines like ‘turning your tongue in two’ and ‘fingernails down the walls’ heighten this conflict, evoking the struggle to commit or break free.”
