The Velveteers have announced their second album, A Million Knives.

The band – singer Demi Demitro and drummers Baby Pottersmith and Jonny Fig – will be releasing the follow-up to 2021’s Nightmare Daydream on February 14, 2025 via Easy Eye Sound.

A press release reveals that the record ‘explores the typically-unspoken tolls of navigating a system that’s often less-than-compassionate; especially as a non-binary, queer and woman led rock’n’roll band’, with The Velveteers having written it after a ‘particularly gruelling stretch of life on the road’.
