Ooh, that's a big chorus on the first proper look at their forthcoming Toxic Positivity album…
The Used have released another new song ahead of the release of their new album Toxic Positivity on May 19. The song, Numb, finds singer Bert McCracken in melancholic, reflective mode, as it goes from melancholic verse to surging chorus.
“I just wanna feel something," explains Bert. "Anything is better than this. I just wanna feel something. No different from anyone else. Wanna waste my time but not like this at all. I just wanna feel something. No different from anyone else. Cause I feel numb. Does anybody else feel numb?”
The band recently released two singles, Fuck You and People Are Vomit, which won't be included on the record. The full tracklisting is:
1. Worst I’ve Ever Been
2. Numb
3. I Hate Everybody
4. Pinky Swear
