The Struts drop “beautifully bizarre” new single, Can’t Stop Talking
Listen to The Struts’ ace new single Can’t Stop Talking, which frontman Luke Spiller reveals came about in a “very off the cuff” way…
The Struts have released a new ballad featuring UK pop megastar Robbie Williams.
Following the release of recent single Another Hit Of Showmanship, Derby rockers The Struts have unveiled another great new track – only this one features pop megastar and former Take That member Robbie Williams.
The unlikely collaboration results in a truly lovely ballad reflecting on the strange times we're all living in (as you might have guessed from the title…), with the song coming about in lockdown.

“I was doing Quarantine Radio and Robbie hit me up out of the blue asking if we could talk,” explains frontman Luke Spiller. “We ended up Face-Timing for about two hours the first time we’d ever spoken, talking about life and music and UFOs and everything else you can think of. I asked if he’d like to work together at some point, and while we were making the album he graciously let us come over and record him singing on his front porch.”
Robbie adds: “We did a vocal for a wonderful song that has been gifted my way. It’s been an absolute pleasure and a privilege to listen to this man sing. It’s great to be a fan of someone and then a part of this recording. It’s like having a hero here and I genuinely mean that.”
Strange Days is taken from The Struts' upcoming album of the same name, which is due out on October 16 via Interscope/Polydor. Pre-order it here, and stream Strange Days below:
