Jimmy Eat World announce UK and European tour, with support from PUP
Jimmy Eat World and PUP are hitting the road together this November – and they’re wrapping up their tour with a massive date at London’s Alexandra Palace.
Listen to The Gaslight Anthem’s new single Little Fires, which features guest vocals from PUP man Stefan Babcock, and is taken from their upcoming sixth album History Books.
Following on from their July single with Bruce Springsteen, The Gaslight Anthem have joined forces with another rock’n’roll ace for the next track from their upcoming album History Books.
Today the New Jersey punk rock heroes have unveiled Little Fires, which features guest vocals from PUP’s Stefan Babcock. And as frontman Brian Fallon explains, it also peels back a new layer of the record…
“Little Fires is like the opposite end of the spectrum from the frustration you feel in History Books,” Brian says. “It’s an empowerment song, about refusing to play along with the kind of people who always seem to be throwing a grenade into the room for no particular reason.”
History Books – the long-awaited follow-up to 2014’s Get Hurt – is due out on October 27 via TGA’s own label Rich Mahogany Recordings (distributed via Thirty Tigers). Listen to Little Fires below:
