Four more bands have been added to Damnation Festival
November’s festival of heaviness and extremity, Damnation, just got even louder – and there’s “so much more to come” to the Manchester bash.

The Armed have just announced their brand-new album, The Future Is Here And Everything Needs To Be Destroyed.
The collective will be dropping their new record on August 1 via Sargent House, with vocalist Tony Wolski calling it “music for a statistically wealthy population that somehow can’t afford food or medicine – endlessly scrolling past vacation photos, gym selfies and images of child amputees in the same feed. It reflects the dissociation required just to exist in that reality.”
They’re previewing what’s to come with opening track Well Made Play, along with a Christopher Gruse-directed video. “While we chase distractions and small comforts, we’re pushed into endless competition with each other,” says Tony, “often while those with real power take freely, right in front of us.”
