Queen’s Who Wants To Live Forever soundtracks the goosebump-inducing new trailer for Stranger Things 5 – check it out now…
With less than a month to go now until the first instalment of Stranger Things 5, Netflix have just dropped a mega new trailer for the series.
Soundtracked superbly by a version of Queen’s epic Who Wants To Live Forever, this new, nearly-three-minute look at the sci-fi smash shows things in Hawkins in a pretty challenging state to say the least, with co-creator Ross Duffer explaining to Tudum that, “I think what’s unique about this season is that it starts a little bit in chaos because our heroes ultimately lost at the end of Season 4. We usually set up their normal life and how they’re going about school, and then we introduce the supernatural element. But in this case, this season is sprinting from the start.”
A synopsis for Stranger Things 5 – which arrives on November 25, before the second instalment lands on Christmas Day, and then the grand finale premieres on New Year’s Eve – simply reads: “With Hawkins under lockdown, El in hiding and danger lurking at every turn, the entire party unites with a single goal: to hunt and kill Vecna.”
